   Dear Mr. McCamant,

   I am an ENZO shareholder. In fact, I am one of their largest, outside of institutional holdings.

   I have come to understand you have not visited or called the company to qualify your statements made in
   public forum.

   I ask that you visit http://www.clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/enzoappreciation and read a letter to the Wall
   Street Journal, posts 418 through 426. (click here for letter)

   Print out this letter. Call ENZO at (212) 583-0100. Talk with Mr. Barry Weiner, President of ENZO. Qualify
   what I have put together, POINT BY POINT. I promise you that my facts are correct. I promise you that it
   will be worth the time you invest. ENZO has done the miraculous things I enumerate in that letter.

   You and others, keep repeating that ENZO has a small R & D Budget. I understand that ENZO licenses
   some of their Patents, from Universities et. al. who do Billions in research, each year. The fact that ENZO
   can pick low hanging fruit while their competitors do not even recognize the fruit, is a tribute to ENZO's
   superior intelligence and wherewithall. In fact, ENZO purchased all rights to the "065" Genetic Antisense
   Patent, many years ago. Now, there are hundreds of Genetic Antisense applications, even from the
   companies you like. You make it sound as if a company has to spend a certain amount to generate a
   certain effort. In genetics, that is not so. You and I started as a pair of molecules, and it was free to boot!

   Bill Gates started in his Parent's garage. Einstein had no funding to speak of. Edison died broke. So did
   Rembrandt, Mozart and VanGough.

   I respectfully suggest you visit the site and read the letter. I think it would be wise to comment on the
   company, after you fully see what the company has done, to date. Then you can see what expectation
   there should be, going forward.

   As a shareholder, with a vested interest, I am finding it impossible to accept the negative comments
   appearing in the press, in light of the facts that ENZO has abundantly revealed. If you understand the
   technology at issue, you will see why it is unbelievably important to note two specific facts.

   ENZO announced that progeny of the HGTV-43 treated stem cells were observed at day 120. This is 30
   days past the life span of a MonoCyte. It means the cells have engrafted, replicated, copied the antisense
   genes (it was a PCR assay for HGTV-43 treated cells, only) and are differentiating. The human immune
   system is not attacking these cells or the count would not be rising. Secondly, ENZO made it clear just a
   few days ago, they intend to move forward with the FDA. Add to this, Dr. Engelhardt's public statements
   at the 7th Annual Retrovirus Conference that 1) The protocol will remain essentially as is, for Phase II and
   2) All of the Patients are tracking in similar fashion, and it should be obvious to you that you have
   something very important here.

   If I am right, and these things were released to the public, you have a duty to your listeners and to your
   chosen profession to thoroughly check this out. This is the first time in human history a living human cell
   has been altered genetically and proven to survive, when placed back into a human patient, in the
   presence of the human immune system (and in the constant presence of HIV). As these cells continue to
   perform, a number of major firsts, with global implications, become evident.

   In Africa and Asia, their entire economies are threatened by HIV and AIDs. 10 years is too late. 5 years is
   too late. They need help now. I think ENZO is in position to do this thing. It will be the greatest
   humanitarian event in our history. Any self respecting Journalist should leap at the chance to see this
   connection, first.

   I will give you a tip. When you make the call, ask what Dr. Jeffrey Laurence is doing RIGHT NOW. And
   please note his prominence in the AIDs research community and as a Principle Investigator in ENZO's
   9801-230 trial. I will even go a step further. DIRECT INJECTIBLES. Now knowing what he is capable of
   and his prominent seat as a senior scientist in the major AIDs research circles, do you think he is
   chasing GENETIC GHOSTS, or is HGTV-43 working? Do you see why a direct injectible is necessary at
   this juncture? "To reach people with a one shot injection, who do not have the time or the money". There's
   your tip. It is the tip of the new millenium. Use it wisely.

   I hope this helps you see the greatest achievement man has ever made. I see it. I can see the suffering of
   a people, like never before in history. I can see ENZO arriving in time. I agree it takes 10 years to bring a
   drug to market, but this is no drug. The need is chronic. The economic reasons to bring relief to the third
   world is critical to our economic stability.

   So like it or not, ENZO is coming.

   You can elect to see the truth. Or you can continue to await breakthroughs or success from your favored
   ponies.

   Truth. That is all I am seeking. Give it a whirl???
