Once you are logged into Outlook 2000 click Tools then Services
Please replace the domain name in the example with your domain name.

Then click Add in the window below



Then select Internet E-mail and then click OK in the window below



In the window below fill out the information in a similar fashion,
be sure to replace yourname@century21aa.com with the e-mail address that you are setting up.

Click on the Servers tab once you have completed this.



Then put mail.century21aa.com for both your mail servers like below.

The Account name is the full e-mail address that you are setting up.

The password is what you specified when you created the e-mail account.

YOU MUST CHECK the box that says My server requires authentication*

*NOTE!
If you have problems sending mail try to use your internet provider's outgoing mail server.

For example if you have Optimum Online, you MUST use their outgoing mail server of
 mail.optonline.net in place of the outgoing mail server above,
since they filter port 25 with is required for other outgoing mail server.

If you do use your internet provider's outgoing mail server,
make sure you UNCHECK the box that says "My server requires authentication"
