Configuration of Outlook Express The configuration procedure below
is based on Outlook Express version 6. However, it
is very similar to previous or later versions, so you can use it to create your account.
NOTE: If your account is already created and does
not work, we advise you to delete it and to recreate
it following the procedure below (click on the pictures
to zoom in):
| 1.
When you open Outlook Express for the first time,
this window will appear. |

2.
Select the menu Tools
and click on Accounts.
|

3.
Click on Add/Mail*
*If you already have
a century21aa.com account there, click on that
account then click the PROPERTIES button.
Compare the settings to what is shown below and
make the necessary changes.

4.
In the Internet connection
wizard window, type your name as you want
it to appear to your recipients.
Then select Next.
|

5.
In the e-mail address field, type
yourname@century21aa.com
Select Next.
|
 |
6.
Select POP3 in the
first field. Type POP3.CENTURY21AA.COM in the
Incoming mail server
(POP3, IMAP or HTTP) field. Type in
POP3.CENTURY21AA.COM
in the Outgoing mail
server (SMTP) field.
Click on Next.

7.
Type in your user name and your password.
Click on Next and
Finish.
NOTE: Do NOT select "Log
on using secured password authentication."

8.
Select the account you've just created and go
to the properties for it.

 |
|

9.
On the Server tab,
choose My server needs authentication.
NOTE: You MUST CHECK "My Server requires
authentication." |

10.
Go to the tab Connection,
and choose Always connect
to this account by using, and select your
connection.
Click on Apply, OK
and Close. |

You can now use your e-mail account. |
